CANADIAN POSTAL STRIKE

We are currently still accepting orders for Canadian customers but due to local postal strikes, Australia Post has been advised not to send to Canada at the current time. Therefore, we will continue to hold orders at Katoomba until we have received word from the Australian and Canadian postal authorities. If you are Canadian or wanting to ship to Canada, please feel free to contact us if you need any further advice.

Shipping your order

 

  • All hats are posted usingAustralia Post (Insurance included).
  • Orders placed by 2pm AEST can be posted that same day, otherwise orders are dispatched the next working day. Any orders received over the Weekend will be dispatched on Mondays. 
  • If a hat you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email advising the due date.
  • Any relevant tracking information will be forwarded to you via email upon dispatch of goods.
  • Hats are posted in specially designed hat boxes that have internal supports preventing the hat being damaged - even if the box doesn't look too good on arrival - the hats usually survive unscathed!
  • Unfortunately any payment due to Customs Duties or Import tax is the responsibility of the purchaser and is beyond our control.
  • You can use the shipping calculator located in the Hat Box (shopping cart) to calculate your postage & handling costs.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Australian Domestic Regular Post:      Allow 5* days metro  &  Allow 6* days regional

Australian Domestic Express Post:      2-4*  days

International Air Mail:                             Allow 20*  days           ***Pack & Track used where available. 

International EMS Courier:                   Allow 7* days                                                                

*Days quoted are regular working days. Allowances for public holidays in Australia and the destination country should also be considered.

 PLEASE BE PATIENT - We know you're just itching to sport your new hat. The days quoted above should be your expectation. If your hat turns up earlier, then lucky you!

We will start investigating undelivered parcels after the days quoted above upon request.
